As Promotions Director for WBWC: The Sting in Summer 2024, Maddy led two major marketing campaigns to boost listener engagement. She spearheaded promotions for the station’s 24-Hour Marathon, crafting digital content and outreach strategies to maximize participation in the day-long broadcast. She also developed branding and promotional materials for Top 5 at 5, a weekly countdown highlighting the hottest tracks every Friday. See samples below!
Elected twice by her peers, Maddy serves as the Marketing Director for Baldwin Wallace’s Music Industry Association, overseeing social media outreach, email campaigns, and event promotions. She captures photos at events and strategically plans content to highlight student involvement and industry opportunities.
Through engaging digital content and strategic outreach, Maddy helps strengthen the association’s presence and foster a more connected and inclusive music community on campus.

Maddy independently curates social media content for her music trivia events, ensuring consistent engagement and outreach. She creates a weekly calendared schedule to plan posts in advance and designs a weekly event announcement to promote upcoming trivia nights. With a focus on audience interaction and themed content, she crafts engaging posts that highlight the night’s theme, fun teasers, and interactive elements to keep players excited and coming back for more!
