 As a server at Cleveland’s oldest Irish pub, Maddy Grace thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering attentive guest service. Her role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to step into different tasks to keep the historic downtown restaurant running efficiently. 

 At the largest Fatheads in the chain, with wait times often up to two hours, Maddy Grace managed guest flow and seating in a fast-paced environment. She maintained and adjusted server section rotations to ensure fair distribution and efficient service, while greeting guests, providing accurate wait time estimates, and keeping the dining room organized 

Maddy Grace provided top-tier customer service, greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth communication between the front of house and kitchen staff. She thrived in a fast-paced environment, efficiently handling seating logistics, answering phone calls, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Maddy provided friendly and efficient checkout service, handling cash, card, and EBT transactions. She also stocked and organized aisles, assisted customers with product inquiries, and managed closing procedures to keep the store running smoothly.

With a focus on speed, quality, and customer engagement, Maddy worked in a fast-paced coffee shop, preparing drinks, maintaining store organization, and ensuring customers had an upbeat, positive experience. She also assisted with opening procedures, setting up espresso bars and restocking supplies.
