Maddy Grace Wood has always had a deep love for the arts. From a young age, she knew that her career would be dedicated to making music and live events more inclusive, accepting, and reflective of diverse experiences; both her own and those of the people she’s learned from. Whether she’s organizing large-scale performances, managing ticketing for live shows, or engaging audiences with her lively hosting style, Maddy brings a passion for community, collaboration, and creativity to everything she does.
With a major in Music Industry and a minor in Applied Music, Maddy is shaping a career that balances event operations with her own creative pursuits. Her ultimate dream aims to combine both her love of live entertainment operations and songwriting. She would love to one day becoming a ghostwriter for indie-folk artists. She believes that anyone who wants to perform should have that opportunity, and she hopes to continue creating spaces where music can be a force for connection, expression, and inclusion.

She’s also worked as a Tour Merchandise Associate for TempleLive Cleveland and as an Ancillary Team Member for Live Nation at Blossom Music Center.
Maddy doesn’t just work behind the scenes—she thrives on stage as well. As a Music Trivia Host, she crafts original scripts and engages audiences with witty banter and deep-cut rock & roll knowledge. She also has experience in radio broadcasting, having worked as a DJ for WBWC: The Sting, where she curated playlists, developed marketing campaigns, and helped promote independent artists.
